Semantics is a team of young turks with a passion to do something meaningful (hence ‘semantics’). We have a 10 year rich experience in the aptitude education space, trained thousands of students for test preparation, designed and developed aptitude tests for recruiters, created course curriculum for various test prep programs, served as career consultants for undergrad colleges, guest lectured at select universities, collaborated with IT educators for employability training….

The semantics academic team is headed by an educational psychologist whose doctoral thesis titled ‘problem solving strategies and cognitive capabilities’ is the basis for the breakthrough science of thinking methods of instruction. The findings of this experimental study – a set of cognitive skills – have been field tested for a decade on undergrads for test prep courses.

	Thinking skills is integral to aptitude testing. Science of thinking is a break through thinking skills intervention program implemented in two stages viz, Embedded into the curriculum Stand alone course The program comprises a comprehensive set of thinking and reasoning skills contributing to aptitude development. This learning methodology draws inspiration from celebrated theorists- Benjamin S Bloom, Bruner et al.

The science of thinking learning system serves as a framework to design aptitude curriculum for such challenging exams as the GMAT and GRE. Science of thinking has been successfully introduced to other graduate admission tests.
